The Alliance will maintain a file containing a listing of each of the member firms, their areas of expertise and other relevant biographical information, and circulate that among its members.

Any attorney at a member firm should feel free to contact other attorneys at other member firms for courtesy advice at no charge. Courtesy advice includes a general discussion on the current status of the law or other issues. Generally, courtesy advice should be limited to less than one hour of the attorney's time.
