IT IS NOT A PARTNERSHIP AND MAY NOT BE HELD OUT IN WRITING OR ORALLY AS A PARTNERSHIP JOINT VENTURE, OR MASTER PARTNERSHIP FOR THE JOINT PRACTICE OF LAW. It is a vehicle for clients to obtain competent and responsive legal services by providing a network of member firms for referral of legal matters.
