Ebiho T. Ahonkhai and Mark A. Beaver recently joined Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as associates in the Corporate & Securities Department.

Ms. Ahonkhai concentrates her practice in the representation of privately-held and publicly traded corporations in connection with a wide variety of transactions including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and general corporate matters. Ms. Ahonkhai is also a certified player-agent with the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).

Mark A. Beaver concentrates his practice in the representation of private investment funds and their sponsors in their organization and operation.  Mr. Beaver also represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sales and purchases of businesses, partnership and limited liability company transaction and general corporate matters.
