Winslow Recognized at Greensboro Bar Association Luncheon Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard March 20, 2008 Edward C. Winslow III has received recognition by the Greensboro Bar Association for “outstanding and exemplary community service.” The Association’s 2007 Community Service Award, known as the Centennial Award and presented annually in conjunction with the North Carolina Bar Association, was presented to Mr. Winslow at a GBA luncheon meeting on March 20, 2008.
Mr. Winslow was recognized for his active involvement in numerous and diverse community activities throughout his legal career. His current contributions include serving as a Trustee to the Greensboro Public Library Foundation, as a member of the Board of Trustees of Guilford College, the Board of Trustees of Canterbury School, the Operating Board of Directors of the Greensboro Economic Development Partnership, and the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Friends Historical Society.
