Marcy Newman Hart has joined Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers as a partner in the Real Estate and Finance and Corporate and Securities Departments.

Ms. Hart concentrates her practice in the representation of real estate equity funds and investments in connection with the formation of funds and the acquisition, redevelopment and repositioning of a full spectrum of real estate asset classes including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, resort-residential and hospitality.
