Thomas. L. Bowden, Sr., and J. David Carroll have joined the firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller to lead the newly structured Business Transactions team, president M. Pierce Rucker announced today.

"Tom and Dave have both the legal skills and practical operations experience to provide guidance and vision to our firm's business team and to their clients," said Rucker.

Bowden is a corporate attorney whose prior work includes representing small and mid-sized business clients, running start up firms, acting in the general counsel role, seeking and deploying financing and dealing with mergers and acquisition partners.

Carroll has a similar background, with a intensive focus in corporate mergers and acquisitions through Matrix Capital Markets.
