Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC is pleased to announce that Brian W. Clark, James B. Parks and Jonathan R. Smith have been elected new Directors of the Firm. 

Brian is a 2001 graduate of  Baylor University School of Law.  He practices in the Dallas office in the Litigation Group representing individuals and businesses covering a wide range of commercial matters in state and federal courts in Texas and around the country. 

James is a 2000 graduate of the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University where he served as the Associate Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review.  He practices in the Dallas office in the Real Estate Group representing clients in a variety of transactional matters including commercial real estate development and leasing, corporate acquisitions and formations, and lending transactions.

Jonathan is a 1998 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law.  He practices in the Dallas office in the Real Estate Group representing a diverse group of clients including landlords, tenants, developers and lenders covering a broad range of real estate and business transactional matters.
