Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Co., LPA is proud to announce that Thomas Pampush, partner and coordinator of the firm’s Family Enterprises Practice Area, was awarded a Certificate in Family Business Advising at the Family Firm Institute’s (FFI) 2008 International Conference. Pampush is the first attorney in Ohio to be awarded this certificate.

This certificate designates an FFI member as having achieved significant professional knowledge through fulfillment of all the requirements for the FFI Certificate in Family Business Advising. Such distinction further ensures that family businesses and their owners will continue to benefit from the highest standards in professional best practices.

Pampush focuses on representing closely held and family businesses from inception through succession or other disposition, guiding clients through the personal, family and business issues unique to these enterprises. He also assists distressed companies in reorganizing in order to facilitate turnarounds and acquisitions, providing a practical perspective to the legal and business issues facing troubled companies.
