Jerome J. Dano has joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP as counsel in the Real Estate and Finance Department.

Mr. Dano's practice focuses on the representation of lenders, developers and investors in commercial real estate finance transactions, including extensive experience representing clients in connection with the origination, restructuring, purchase, sale, securitization and syndication of mortgage loans and mezzanine loans.
