Karin M. Zaner will speak to physicians at the Harris County Neurological Society Meeting on October 28, 2010.  Her topic, "Doing Peer Review Right," will discuss the proper methods and procedures for conducting medical peer review in a fair and equitable fashion, and in accordance with fair hearing requirements of the HCQIA.  Ms. Zaner's health law practice specifically focuses on the representation of physicians and physician groups and she speaks regularly to physicians on legal and ethical issues.
