Since joining the employment department in January 1998, Joanna has advised on a wide range of HR and employment related matters for employers, both contentious and non contentious. She has developed expertise in the insurance and financial services sector and clients include; Amlin Plc, Drivers Jonas and Domestic & General plc.

Joanna is regularly invited to speak at conferences and is often quoted in the press on HR matters. She is ‘home grown’ Fox Williams’ talent and through training and mentoring, supports the career development of younger lawyers within the firm.
