Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC is pleased to announce the addition of four attorneys in the Houston office. 

Danny Guerra has joined the Firm as a Director and practices in the Litigation section.  He is a 1995 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.  His experience as outside counsel and as an in-house attorney for both private and governmental entities provides him with a unique perspective on advising clients in the resolution of corporate and civil litigation matters in the high tech, real estate and health care industries.

Michael Ridulfo has joined the Firm as a Director and practices in the Insolvency & Creditor Rights and Litigation sections.  He is a 1987 graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.  He has over 23 years of experience in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, business litigation and collection matters throughout Central and South Texas.

Marcy Rothman has joined the Firm as a Director and practices in the Litigation section.  She is a 1988 graduate of University of Houston Law Center.  For over 20 years, Ms. Rothman has represented a variety of industrial and insurance clients, including in over 100 civil jury trials and arbitrations.  Among other clients, Ms. Rothman proudly represents Union Pacific Railroad.  She has served as lead counsel on statewide and national dockets involving liability determinations and insurance coverage.  Her extensive trial experience and in-depth knowledge of complex insurance coverage issues gives her a unique advantage in representing her clients.

Angela Offerman has joined the Firm as an Associate and practices in the Insolvency & Creditor Rights and Litigation sections.  She is a 2005 graduate of University of Houston Law Center.  She has represented creditors, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees in various bankruptcy matters.  Her representation also includes general litigation, construction, employment, collection, business torts, and contract disputes involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
