A. Grant Phelan, a partner in the Litigation Department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers has been elected Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of ArtReach, a non-profit organization which brings the arts to people with disabilities, the elderly, and the economically disadvantaged.

Mr. Phelan is a trial lawyer who has broad experience in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, and has also represented clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums. His practice involves litigating a full range of commercial matters including contract cases, shareholder and partnership disputes, securities fraud, intellectual property, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and business fraud.
