KRCL is pleased to announce that Brad Smith has joined the Firm as an Associate practicing in the Litigation Section of the Dallas office.  Mr. Smith is a 2009 graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.  His experience includes representation of clients in matters relating to commercial litigation, contractual disputes, employment law, products liability, personal injury, and business torts.
