PHILADELPHIA (June 23, 2022) — Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that Sean M. Brennecke, of counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, was elected to the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) as a Member-at-Large on June 17.

The Executive Committee of the DSBA serves as the Board of Directors for the bar association and oversees the finances and operations of the nonprofit organization. They vote on measures to improve the association and develop measures required for furthering the mission of the DSBA. For nearly 100 years, the DSBA has sought to promote ethical conduct by lawyers, to require and offer high quality continuing legal education, to protect the public from the unauthorized practice of law, to review and make recommendations regarding Delaware’s court system and to foster the mentoring of new lawyers.

“I am honored to be selected to serve in this role on the Executive Committee,” said Brennecke. “The Delaware State Bar Association is a great organization and tremendous resource to the Delaware legal community.”

Brennecke concentrates his practice on corporate and business litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  His clients include Delaware corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, partners, members and managers. He also serves as associate or local counsel in intellectual property litigation in United States District Court for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey.

He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.S. from Northeastern University.
