Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody

2020---COVID19-LFA-01

As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the global community, we want to update you on the steps Graves Dougherty has taken to ensure business continuity for our clients.

Based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and City of Austin, we have developed a plan to minimize disruption related to firm business while protecting the health and well-being of our employees.

Graves Dougherty has implemented the following measures:

  • Team members work remotely as appropriate
  • Client and team meetings by audio or video conferencing
  • Restriction of non-essential travel
  • Increased cleaning of office premises
  • Providing resources for team members who feel ill

Because federal and state courts have been impacted, we expect there may be delays in some of our litigation matters. However, the electronic filing systems that have long been in use in Texas and federal courts will likely allow for many matters to proceed as scheduled even as in-person activity is reduced. We are monitoring these developments and will keep affected clients apprised of any material changes.

During these challenging times, Graves Dougherty is committed to continuing operations and remaining available for clients and friends of the firm. All calls and emails will be answered as we continue to do our part and represent our clients with the same responsiveness, expertise and experience you depend on.

We wish everyone safety and good health.

Your friends at Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody
