Attorney Lee Gilgan Joins Tonkon Torp Business Department

PORTLAND, Ore. (October 12, 2022) Tonkon Torp LLP welcomes attorney Lee N. Gilgan to its Business Department. Gilgan joins Tonkon Torp from Stoel Rives LLP.

“Portland’s legal community is tight-knit, and everyone is aware of the amazing work done by the attorneys at Tonkon Torp,” shared Gilgan. “I could not be more proud to join the firm and help its clients navigate their business needs as I continue to build my practice.”

Gilgan’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions. He also represents and advises clients in issuances of equity and debt securities, business formations, general commercial matters, and corporate governance matters. In addition to his legal practice, Gilgan serves as a City Councilor for the City of Lafayette and is active with other civic and community organizations.

Gilgan is a magna cum laude graduate of Willamette University College of Law. Lee also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Willamette University.
