Justin B. Allen has joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg as an associate in the Real Estate and Finance Department.  Mr. Allen concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions.  He has advised clients across a range of industries, including real estate and private equity funds and multinational companies, on U.S. federal income tax considerations.
