Good communication skills are vital to a successful, rewarding practice as almost everything an attorney does involves some form of communication—verbal and/or non-verbal.  Attorneys need to communicate effectively with and make a positive impression on both internal and external "clients"—internally with partners, other attorneys, and staff; externally with firm clients, vendors, and opposing counsel.  This program will focus on improving one's communication skills, so that participants can express themselves effectively and with more confidence, which will allow them to attract and develop strong relationships with clients and to positively influence their peers and referral sources.
