The presentation will focus on the practical takeaways from South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., et al,585 U.S. __ (2018), the recent United States Supreme Court decision that reversed the longstanding physical presence standard for sales tax nexus. As states grapple with the decision, it is imperative that businesses begin assessing their current filing position in light of each state's recently adopted nexus statutes and regulations.
