Please join the LFA IP Community for a discussion on influencer marketing. With the growing reach of social media, influencer marketing has become more and more important in the last years. We will address some of the legal questions that arise when applying the existing legal framework to new marketing concepts. In particular, the District Court Düsseldorf recently had to decide on venue and applicable law in a lawsuit directed against an Instagram post published in English by an American.
