Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is pleased to announce that Bethany P. Neeb has joined the firm as a litigation associate. Ms. Neeb focuses her practice in civil litigation, including general commercial litigation, insurance defense, and employment law matters. Ms. Neeb graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Economics in 2013, and received a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2016. Ms. Neeb’s litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, insurance defense, and employment law matters in the state of Maryland. Previously, Ms. Neeb has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Colleen A. Cavanaugh of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is also pleased to announce that Justin M. Hollimon has joined the firm as a Litigation Associate. Mr. Hollimon’s civil litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, employment law and insurance defense matters. Mr. Hollimon also represents individuals and companies in criminal investigations in various courts throughout Maryland. Mr. Hollimon received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2013, and graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in History in 2010. Mr. Hollimon’s civil litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, employment law and insurance law in the state of Maryland. Mr. Hollimon most recently served as an attorney at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. Mr. Hollimon has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Herman C. Dawson of the Seventh Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, as well as the Honorable Sheila Tillerson Adams of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland. He is active in the community and has been involved in an educational program that supervises mentoring and tutoring sessions for at-risk teenage youth.

Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP is also pleased to announce that John L. Doran has joined the firm as a Litigation Associate. Mr. Doran concentrates his practice in general commercial litigation, employment law, insurance coverage and property insurance matters in the state of Maryland. Mr. Doran is a 2011 graduate of University of Baltimore with a B.A. in Government and Public Policy. He received a J.D. from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014, where he served as Associate Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Mr. Doran has broad experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including title insurance, real estate, construction, contract and employment disputes. He has interned for the Honorable Judge Timothy E. Meredith of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
