Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Attorneys and Staff from Yukevich, Marchetti, Fischer & Zangrilli, P.C.

PITTSBURGH, January 26, 2026 - Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that three attorneys and two legal support staff from Yukevich, Marchetti, Fischer & Zangrilli, P.C. (YMFZ) are joining the firm effective January 26, 2026. This transition follows the retirement of founding partner Michael Yukevich and Christopher Marchetti, and the recent passing of founding partner Albert J. Zangrilli, Jr.

Mark F. FischerShareholder | Business & Finance
Mark F. Fischer joins Tucker Arensberg as a Shareholder in the firm’s Business & Finance practice. Mark was the Managing Shareholder of Yukevich, Marchetti, Fischer & Zangrilli, P.C., and has been a key part of the firm since shortly after its founding in 1990. With more than 30 years of experience, his practice focuses on business law, complex commercial and technology contracting, and high-stakes litigation.
Mark is widely recognized for his work in technology transactions, advising clients in the healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors on SaaS agreements, data-sharing arrangements, software licensing, and intellectual property matters. He also counsels financial institutions on corporate and commercial finance and asset servicing arrangements.
In addition to serving large corporations, Mark has long represented small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Pittsburgh region, advising on business formation and sales, real estate transactions, employment and non-compete agreements, and commercial disputes. Many of these client relationships span decades.
Mark also led the firm’s oil and gas practice, handling title work, transactions, and litigation. He recently prevailed before the Ohio Supreme Court in Fonzi v. Brown, a landmark decision clarifying the abandonment of severed oil and gas rights.
He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Franciscan University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Kevin J. O’HareShareholder | Business & Finance
Kevin J. O’Hare joins Tucker Arensberg as a Shareholder in the Business & Finance practice. Kevin has practiced law for more than 30 years and joined YMFZ in 2003. His practice focuses on business and municipal law, estate planning, and estate administration.
Kevin has substantial experience in estate planning and administration, including Medicare planning, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and Orphans’ Court matters. His broader practice includes real estate transactions, zoning and land use, property tax appeals, and matters involving homeowners’ associations, and he regularly advises entrepreneurs and business owners on formation, governance, asset transactions, and commercial contracting.
Additionally, Kevin represents municipal clients, including zoning boards and a major water and sewer authority in the Pittsburgh region, with experience in eminent domain, benefit assessments, and public utility matters.
Kevin earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University and his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law .
Ronald J. LefebvreAssociate | Business & Finance
Ronald J. Lefebvre joins Tucker Arensberg as an Associate in the Business & Finance practice. Ron represents businesses, individuals, and governmental organizations in both transactional and litigation matters, with nearly a decade of experience in private practice.
His practice encompasses drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including software licensing and SaaS contracts, professional consulting agreements, website terms of service, and mergers and acquisitions agreements. Ron also advises clients on regulatory compliance, employment matters, and business formation across various industries.
Ron has experience litigating complex commercial disputes in Pennsylvania state and appellate courts, as well as in federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative matters. His broader practice includes municipal law, intellectual property, oil and gas, real estate, and insurance disputes.
Ron earned his B.A. from Ohio University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
