Rogers as Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Business Law Section and Chair-Elect of the Securities Regulation Law Section for the 2020-2021 term.

These sections promote the objectives of the State Bar of Arizona within the area of business law and of federal and state securities laws, and to further the development of these fields of law.

Mr. Rogers, former Senior Co-Vice Chair of the Business Law Section and Vice Chair of the Securities Regulation Law Section, is a Member in the Firm’s Business Transactions practice group, where his practice focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance, and all forms of business transactions. He has considerable experience organizing and advising private investment funds, including qualified opportunity zone funds. He regularly advises companies in their capital raising initiatives but also financial professionals (including fund managers) with their SEC and ACC compliance. He practices in Arizona, New Jersey, and New York.
