July 24, 2019
Phoenix, AZ (July 24, 2019) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey D. Gardner has been elected to the Management Committee for a three-year term. Gardner succeeds Alan I. Robbins, who stepped down from the position to focus on his energy practice. The firm’s three-person Management Committee also includes Managing Attorney John C. Norling and John J. Egbert.
“It is an honor to be elected to the firm’s Management Committee,” states Gardner. “Jennings Strouss has been providing exceptional legal services in Arizona for more than 75 years. We have a stellar reputation, excellent personnel, and a very bright future.”
Gardner primarily focuses his practice on securities litigation, class action defense, employment, intellectual property, and real estate matters. He previously served as national co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Trial Practice Committee, and also the Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee. Gardner currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Theatre Company and is an Ambassador of the Translational Genomics Research Institute (T-Gen).
“Jeff’s leadership in the firm and the legal and business communities made him a great candidate for the Management Committee,” states John C. Norling, Jennings Strouss Managing Attorney. “He has stepped seamlessly into this new role, and I look forward to working with Jeff as the firm continues to grow and expand its services to clients.”
