Jennings Strouss Elects Maxwell W. Mahoney as a New Member

Phoenix, AZ (January 2, 2020) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Maxwell W. Mahoney has been elected as a Member (Partner) of the firm, effective January 1, 2020.

Mahoney focuses his practice in the areas of family law, appellate, and general civil litigation. He regularly assists clients with divorce, child custody and visitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, asset division, and other related matters. Mahoney earned a J.D. from Phoenix School of Law, and a B.A., cum laude, with a focus in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. He serves as a Community Service Committee member for the Maricopa County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. Mahoney is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC). He is also a volunteer attorney for the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program, Hague Convention Attorney Network, and the Volunteer Lawyers Program, Appellate division.
