Join the LFA Diversity Forum for a facilitated discussion on the many ways law firms are tying DEI work to compensation.  Co-Chairs Faith Alejandro and Parna Mehrbani look forward to discussing the experiences of LFA members regarding this subject, with focus on the importance of recognizing and valuing DEI work—without disproportionately placing the burden of DEI work on the shoulders of diverse attorneys.
